Desafío(s) 1 : POLÍTICA CRIMINAL DE LA GUERRA

This first volume of Desafío(s) looks to begin an investigation field to analyze the (perverse) relationships established between power and the citizens’ rights. This volume presents different contributions that were submitted at the Seminar on Criminal Policies of War organizedon March 2005 by the Observatori del Sistema Penal i els Drets Humans(OSPDH) of the University of Barcelona (UB).

Desafio(s) is a periodical publication of the OSPDH coordinated by Roberto Bergalli and Iñaki Rivera, on the framework of the publishing project Utopías del control y control de las utopías, between the Observatori del Sistema Penal i els Drets Humansof the University of Barcelona and Anthropos Publishing House.

As partner of the CHALLENGE Project (The Changing Landscape of European Liberty and Security), the OSPDH broadcasts through this publication the results of its intervention on this project.
