More than four months after the Court of First Instance’s famous «OMPI judgment» on the Council terror lists, reviewed measures have now been agreed in the General Affairs Council configuration. According to these new measures a «statement of reasons» will be sent to the persons and entities concerned, specifying the information that forms the basis for the Council’s decision. Before taking a final decision, the Council will have to consider any reaction by the parties.
