Issued by the German Ministry of Justice (not Ministry of the Interior), this press release provides an overview on the progress that the German presidency claims to have achieved in the area of EU judicial cooperation.
Under the three headlines:
A. Strengthening citizens’ rights,
B. Increasing legal certainty for citizens and the business sector and
C. Strengthening the justice system and practical cooperation,
the document resumes the results of the last six months and gives some examples.
