OSCE Handbook

The new edition of the OSCE Handbook provides basic information on the OSCE. Following a background and historical description it presents OSCE?s activities, documents, institutions and instruments in the three dimensions of security (politico-military dimension; economic and environmental dimension; human dimension). It provides information also on OSCE’s external cooperation with other international organizations and OSCE Partner States.
