The statement shows the official position of german and european employers towards flexicurity. In fact, the position of the german employers organisation is here shared and signed by the danish once (DA) and a few others. The text underlines that labour policies and flexicurity must be ruled by the national legislation and social dialogue, not by the european community right. At the same time, the employers denounce the national reglementations, seen as the main reason of unemployement.
