The working poor and the role of precarious employment

The paper shows the situation of the so called working poor in Canada, almost half a million of the canadian citicens, which makes a third of the whole population. The results are based on a mesure used by researchers of Social Developement Canada. The role of precarious employement is seen as one of the main factors of the increasing poverty of this part of the society.
