The author shows the point of view of the french government about flexicurity, by giving a complete interpretation of the state of flexicurity in the European Union. The former socialist advisor presents his report after the first flexicurity agreement has been signed by three of five representive french unions and just before the announcement of a new law called « modernizing the french economy ».
