Andrew Neal: Curriculum Vitae

Andrew Neal is a Researach Associate for CHALLENGE workpackage 1 in the Department of War Studies, King’s College London. He is working on a research monograph for Routledge on subject of "Exceptionalism and the politics of liberty and security". He is also editing a book with Michael Dillon (Lancaster) for Palgrave called "Foucault on Politics, Society and War". This book contains contributions from many senior CHALLENGE scholars. His research works at the intersection of international relations theory, political theory and security studies, and he is particularly interested in liberal politics, liberal internationalism and their critique; questions on sovereignty; poststructural, critical and constructivist approaches; and the work and reception of Carl Schmitt and Michel Foucault.
