The Master diploma (Queens University of Ontario) shows how restaurant work demonstrates a range of precarious forms of employement and reveals the complexity of issues that such jobs raise in the frame of a flexible labour market and its submarkets. The research underlines the strong impact of the new forms on the lived experience of workers.
