«… when referring to the «academic power» we are also trying to highlight a particular kind of power. It is a power that is not circumscribed by the institution in which it is exercised (the university), although if she is the origin, determines it and legitimates it. On several occasions the «academic power» exceeds the margins of the university and gets in contact (when not mixed or confused) with the economic, political and broader areas of the strictly legal culture...
