L’Afrique du Sud a mis en place un système biométrique HANIS (Home Affairs National Identification System) pour la délivrance des allocations et pour éliminer les fraudes. Ce système n’est pas nouveau, les Sud-Africains ont vécu de longues années avec un système biométrique.
