The Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) is pleased to invite you to participate in the seminar «War or Crime? Military Action in Peace Keeping and Legal Responsibility»which will be organized together with the Centre for Migration Law (Radboud University of Nijmegen) on 3rd April 2006 in Brussels.

The seminar is designed to examine some of the issues and problems which the intersection of military action and criminal law present and to enable an informed debate and discussion among experts on the subject.

This event falls within the framework of the CHALLENGE research project which is funded by the Sixth Framework Research Programme of the Directorate-General for Research of the European Commission (see www.libertysecurity.org).
