La menace terroriste et insurrectionnelle

This article examines terrorist threats to internal security in France, as well as social unrest and violence in general. It discusses the situation in big cities and among certain segments of the population, including inhabitants of high-rise neighbourhoods and the unemployed, and highlights the failure of educational and military organizations in their role to help in the assimilation of disadvantaged groups. Finally it deals, with «terrorist influences» from abroad.
