Didier Bigo proposes in this paper a very interesting analysis of the transformation of security agencies as well as of their fields and spaces of intervention showing how, through the blurring of internal and external securities, there is a process of de-differentiation of military and police activities. This dynamic challenges the strong historical process of differenciation : making war outside, policing inside.
