  Les procédures employées par les Nations Unies et l’UE concernant les personnes et groupes soupçonnés de terrorisme ont été jugées ’’totalement arbitraires et sans crédibilité aucune’’ par la Commission des questions juridiques de l’Assemblée parlementaire, lors d’une réunion à Paris le 12 novembre. Le rapport de Dick Marty sur cette question a été approuvé par la Commission.

  The procedures used by the UN Security Council and the European Union for blacklisting individuals and groups suspected of links with terrorists were judged to be ’’totally arbitrary and have no credibility whatsoever’’, by the Legal Affairs Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly, during a meeting in Paris on 12 November. Dick Marty’s report on this matter was approved by the Commttee.
