The study examines the arguments that tries to show the opporunity of the privatizatio process in the USA for afro-american citizens. The author shows that this policy is unable to stop the structural inequality of the welfare system and even concludes that these arguments underestimate the impact of privatization on afro-american families, while overlooking the full range of Social Security program benefits that are much more important to these group of citizens
