  The document is published by a european think tank, sponsored by the EU Commission. It presents the latest discussions about the french way to flexicurity (labour market flexibility combined with social garanties), the so called « Professionnal social security » (Sécurité sociale professionnelle). The expressio had been introduced by researchers who are quite close to the Union CGT. The article shows how this idea takes part in a larger, european frame.
